Creating a Share Place
1. Right-click the place that you want to set as a share place and select [Share] from the menu displayed.
Or, select the place and click the [Share] button in the Toolbar.
2. The [Share] dialog box appears. Specify members you want to invite to the share place.
[Members]
The members who can access this place are displayed.
[Place Name]
The place name is displayed.
* This cannot be edited.
[Invited Members]
Enter the quanp ID or e-mail addresses of those to be invited as members.
Separate multiple e-mail addresses with commas (,).
You can also separate e-mail addresses with semicolons (;).
Note, however, that those invited all at once to become members will have the same type of access permission, and permission cannot be set individually.
* Have ready in advance the quanp ID or e-mail addresses of those to be invited as members.
* When you click the arrow button at the right, you can display a list of up to 20 members invited to other places.
[Access Permission]
Set the invited member's access permission for the place.
Select either [Editor] or [Reader].

[Message]
Enter the message that will be sent to the person invited to be a member.
[Invite This Member]
Click this to send an invitation message to specified person invited to be a member by e-mail and in quanp. (Refer to Joining a Share Place Invited to.)
Notes
- If the person invited to be a member does not have a quanp ID, an invitation message will be sent by e-mail.
If the person invited to be a member already has a quanp ID, an invitation message will be sent by e-mail as well as being displayed in quanp.on and quanp.net. - If the person invited to be a member does not have a quanp ID, a message on how to get a quanp ID will be sent. That person can join the place after completing registration for quanp ID.
If the person invited to be a member already has a quanp ID, that person can join the place using the quanp ID. - Until the person invited to be a member joins the place, [Inviting] is displayed for that person in [Place Members].
When the person invited to be a member has joined the share place, the nickname and user icon for that member will be displayed in [Place Members].
If you are the owner of the place, the quanp ID of members will be displayed when pointing the mouse cursor over their nicknames.
File Operations in Share Place
- The operations for files in the share place are the same as for normal places that are not shared.
- Uploading and downloading files, opening files with applications, changing the file properties, changing the place to a normal place, and other operations can be performed.
- Members with only [Reader] permission cannot upload files.
Access Permission for Share Place
Access permission can also be changed later.
