1.Right-click the place in Place Map and select [Place Properties] in the menu displayed.
2. The [Place Properties] dialog box appears. Change the values as required.
[Layer Name]
The layer name that the place belongs to is displayed.
This cannot be edited.
[Place Name]
Enter the place name.
[Tags]
Enter tags that are automatically added to the files when uploaded to this place.
Up to 10 tags can be entered, and up to 30 characters can be used for each tag.
[Place Description]
Enter the place description.
Up to 500 characters can be entered.
[Limit capacity]
Check this to limit the place capacity. It can be specified in unit of 1GB.
This is useful when the place is shared with other users.
[Icon]
Click this to specify the place icon displayed in Place Map.
When clicking this button, the [Place Icon Setting] dialog box appears. Specify the icon and click [OK].
When you want to specify an image file on your computer, select [Specify an image file for the icon] and click [Browse]. The [Select an image file for an icon.] dialog box appears, and you can specify the file.
When you want to select an icon from the library, select [Select an icon from the library] and select an icon from the list.
[Background]
Click this to specify the background image displayed in 3D View.
When clicking this button, the [Place Background Setting] dialog box appears. Specify the background image and click [OK].
When you want to specify an image file on your computer, select [Specify an image for the place background] and click [Browse]. The [Select an image file for a background of a place] dialog box appears, and you can specify the file.
When you want to select a background image from the library, select [Select a place background from the library] and select a background image from the list.
When [Set a common background for the members] is selected, the background image will be displayed for all members.
When [Set an individual background for this computer] is selected, the background image will be displayed for this computer only.
Remark
Even if you edit the tags, the tags already added to the files will not be changed. The new tags are automatically added to files uploaded in the future.
3. Click [OK].
The changes in the place properties are saved.
