Using advanced search, you can search for files by specifying detailed search conditions such as the search range, item to look for, date, and tags.
1. Click [Search] at the right bottom in Controller.

The advanced search panel is displayed.
2. Check the items that you want to specify for searching and set the search conditions.
* The unchecked items will not be used for searching even if you enter a value in the field.

[Search in]
Select the item to look for from the followings.
[Keyword]
Enter a search keyword.
You can also view the list of keywords that have been searched in the past.
- This is not case-sensitive.
- Enter a space between keywords to search for multiple keywords. When multiple keywords are entered, the files that contain all keywords to be searched (AND Search).
- Put double quotes around a set of words to search a phrase that contains spaces.
For example, enter "quanp drop" to search for [quanp drop].
[File Extension]
Enter the file extension to be searched for.
You can also select an extension (jpg/png/bmp/doc/xls/ppt/pdf/zip) from the list.
- Enter a space between extensions to search for multiple extensions. All Files of specified extensions to be searched (OR Search).
[Tags]
Enter a tag keyword.
You can also view the list of up to 10 tag keywords that have been searched in the past.
- Enter a space between tags to search for multiple tags. When multiple tags are entered, files containing all tags to be searched (AND Search).
- Put double quotes around a set of words to search a phrase tag that contains spaces.
For example, enter "quanp drop" to search for a tag [quanp drop].
[Author]
Enter the name of the author of files that you want to search for.
You can also view the list of up to 10 author names that have been searched in the past.
[Date]
Specify the date range to be searched.
Select [Search by File Date] or [Search by Update Date] and specify the date.
To specify the date, click
to display the calendar and select the date. Select the start date at [From] and end date at [To].
[Search]
Click this to execute the search.
3. After specifying the search conditions, click [Search] to execute the search.
The search results are displayed.
